The truth is… we’re kinda different, eccentric, and out of the box thinkers … and that’s our super power (which you probably know already)!
Not many know how to leverage that, but YOU do… ♡
You’re finally ready to show case that.
You’re excited, a bit nervous but 100% committed to creating that meaningful something that can positively impact our world and the people around us!! (We can’t help ourselves, we’re naturally big thinkers!)
0-This can look like: working on a passion project, writing your first novel, launching a product or service, rediscovering who you are and what you want in life so that you can better show up for your loved ones, etc.
And you have come to this place because you are SO ready to break free from the pattern of the mundane: wake up, go to work, come home, get on the internet, sleep - repeat- because how you live your life is important to you and it’s clear that you’re meant for more.
You value how you spend their time and energy and are ready to build a life with more fulfillment and freedom.
1-So you do the research, are learning more about the process, you’re taking some action to get things moving…
2-But right now what felt so clear when you started… now feels muddy.
There are so many decisions to make, information to sift through, thoughts and emotions that are bubbling up to the surface that if not managed, could bring you to a full stop…
And maybe you’re realizing that what you’re working on is proving to be far more challenging than anticipated… so you’re starting to question… everything….
Self-doubt is in high gear as you’re feeling overwhelmed, discouraged and frustrated with not being further along in the process.
Maybe you notice yourself doing less of what needs to get done, using more time staring at a wall, scrolling through social media and entertaining self-flaggulating thoughts rather than doing what's productive and ultimately what sets you up to live a life you want to be proud of.
And even with ALL this running in the background…There is STILL no denying that you have a need to put something out there in the world! To see this through! To make your mark, contribute, and somehow positively impact the world.
Something has to change because if you keep going at this rate and in this state, there is a high likelihood that you’ll fall into burnout and prematurely stop showing up for yourself in this arena- which is not what we want (and what SO many of us do!)
And that’s NOT what I want for YOU!
Chances are (if you’re still reading) you are a wholehearted, sensitive, and (more than likely introverted <3) intelligent soul who appreciates nuance, respects concepts that are “fully baked”, and have something VALUABLE to offer the world!
And yes… therapy helps a TON! Reading books, articles and listening to podcasts are also fabulous resources, and better yet - Having a best friend who can relate to what you’re going through and hold you accountable is probably one of the most powerful motivators to have!
But.. if you have all that (or some of that) and you’re still not making progress…

This 10-session one on one coaching intensive will
Create a roadmap on how to navigate your goals in the next 10 years.
Establish positive habits that directly support you achieving those goals.
Create structure to prioritize what really matters.
Organize your goals into clear, actionable steps.
With having your specific goals mapped out, tools to help you recalibrate when needed, and an established habit that helps you feel resourced, you’ll be able to better show up for yourself - even when it’s hard.
And to be completely transparent (integrity is a HUGE value of mine) - This may not be the right fit for you right now if…
You’re looking for someone to tell you what to do…
What you’re actually looking for is a therapist or counselor…
You’re looking to only work on a task list. *see below
Current life circumstances won’t allow for you to have an hour (at minimum) for yourself.
Adding anything else on your list will add to overwhelm.
There will be out of session action steps that need to be completed as well as *self-discovery and exploration (which can be vulnerable) when self-sabotage makes an appearance or when the same road blocks keep getting in the way. I also get that this can be uncomfortable and that’s okay! I may not be the right coach for you or maybe what you need is something outside of my scope of practice.

10 week one on one coaching intensive
Phase 1: Setting the Foundation
Get clear about what you want for yourself (goals/vision/etc.)
Get clear on your values and who you’re aiming to be
Phase 2: Creating a Practice: Positive Habits and Routines
Design (or select?) a positive daily habit/routine that supports who you aim to be
Establish that habit/routine in order to feel resourced enough to show up for yourself as you work on your goals.
Phase 3 : Aligned Action:Goals
Explore goal setting techniques and theory so that you have the tools to keep showing up - even when it’s hard and long after we finish working together.
Organize clear, easy-to-follow action steps that move you forward in your goals.
Phase 4: Momentum: Accountability
Work on your goals. Discuss recalibration, pivoting, and doing what needs to be done to consistently make progress.
Recommit to (or adjust) your habit/routine as needed. If ready, add a new practice to help you better show up as you make forward progress.
The path will look different for everyone. As we navigate these phases, things will come up (limiting beliefs, change of priorities, etc.) and we will address them as they do.
My aim as your coach is to help you have the momentum, clarity, and mindset needed to be successful in working towards your goals.
INVESTMENT:
This program is made up of 10 sessions with unlimited out of session support via email/text. The investment is $850.
